End User License Agreement (EULA)
Bluetooth Auto Connect App
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between the developer of Bluetooth Auto Connect App (called “we” or “us”) and you, the user (called “you” or “the App”). This agreement explains the rules for using the App and the services it provides.
Please take the time to carefully read this EULA and our Privacy Policy to ensure you understand and agree with them. By installing the App, creating an account, using our Services, or subscribing to our paid Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to any part of this EULA, you must stop using the App and Services, delete your account, and uninstall the App.
Acceptance of the EULA: Please take the time to carefully read these End User License Agreement (EULA) before downloading or using the App and its Services. By installing and using the App, you acknowledge that these EULA form a legally binding contract between you and the Company. By proceeding with the installation and use of the App and its Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms set forth in this EULA, including the use of the App and Services in accordance with these provisions, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of this EULA, you are not permitted to use the App and should uninstall it, if applicable.
Age Requirement and Eligibility:
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. Additionally, you affirm that no legal authority, court order, or law prohibits you from entering into this agreement. Here is the continuation of the Terms & Conditions you provided:
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend or revise these EULA, at our discretion periodically. Such amendments shall be effective as of the “Last Revise” heading located at the top of these EULA. We will make a reasonable effort to notify users of any material changes. We recommend that you review these EULA periodically, as your continued use of the App and Services after the Last Revised date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
App, Services:
Depending on the App you choose to install, the Services are contingent upon the availability and continuity of an internet connection. Lack of connectivity or disruptions to connectivity may prevent the use of the Services. The Company, at its sole discretion, may modify, amend, update, upgrade, improve, or remove any features or functionalities of the Services at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Application Stores Terms and Third-Party Ads
You acknowledge and agree that the availability of the Apps depends on the third-party app stores from which you downloaded or installed the Apps (such as the App Store, Google Play, etc.). You agree to comply with all applicable terms of use, policies, and agreements of those app stores. Certain features within the App may be provided by third-party service providers and are subject to their separate terms and conditions. The Services may also include links to third-party websites and advertisements (collectively, "Third-Party Ads"). We are not liable for the content, accuracy, or availability of these third-party ads or links.
Subscription
Certain premium services are available via subscription, which automatically renews unless you cancel. Subscription payments are processed via services like Apple Pay or Google Pay and are subject to their respective terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial subscriptions. If a Free Trial is offered, you will be notified before it expires, and unless you cancel it, you will be charged automatically after the trial period ends.
In-App Purchases (IAP)
Premium Subscription:
• Ad-Free Experience: Our subscribers will get unlimited access to Bluetooth Auto Connect, including all the upgraded features, without any advertisements.
• For Non-Subscribers: Non-subscribers can use the application with ads, but Premium features will remain unavailable to them.
Subscription Offered:
• Weekly Subscription Plan: 3$/ Week, Automatically renews every week, providing unlimited access to all features.
• Monthly Subscription Plan: 10$/ Month, Automatically renews every week, providing unlimited access to all features.
• Yearly Subscription Plan: 100$/ Year, Automatically renews every week, providing unlimited access to all features.
Payment and Subscription Renewal Policy:
• Payment will be charged to your Google Account once the purchase is confirmed.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, and the renewal cost will be specified.
• After completing the purchase, you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings.
• Please note that uninstalling the app will not cancel your active subscription.
Follow these steps if you want to Cancel Your Subscription:
1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Verify that you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Go to the Menu and select Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the cancellation process.
Content
You may upload and share content ("User Content") through the App. By doing so, you agree to comply with applicable laws and our policies. If you believe any User Content infringes your rights, you can file a copyright infringement notice.
Intellectual Property
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App and Services. We retain all rights to the App, services, trademarks, and other intellectual property. You may not alter, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or Services.
Representations, Warranties, and Acceptable Use
You warrant that you are eligible to enter into these EULA, have full authority to do so, and will use the App and Services in compliance with applicable laws. You must not engage in activities like modifying, reverse-engineering, or using the App for illegal purposes.
Disclaimer
The App and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability of the App, its features, or the absence of errors. Use the Services at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Services.
Updates, Upgrades, and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or update the App and Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from such changes.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the App and Services. This includes claims related to your breach of these EULA.
Termination
You may terminate your use of the App and Services at any time. We may also terminate this agreement at our discretion, which may result in the loss of your data or access to Services.
Our Privacy Practices
Please review our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these EULA.
Miscellaneous
These EULA represent the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining terms will continue to apply. We may assign our rights and obligations under this EULA.
