This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between iGrow Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the user (“you” or “User”), regarding your use of the Ai Image Generator mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”).

Please read this EULA and our Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must discontinue use immediately and uninstall the App.

Acceptance of the EULA

By installing and using the App, you agree that this EULA forms a legally binding agreement between you and iGrow Apps. You also agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not accept these terms, you are not permitted to use the App.

Age Requirement and Eligibility

By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

  • You are not prohibited by any law, regulation, or court order from using the App

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting under the “Last Revised” date.

We recommend reviewing this EULA periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

App and Services

The Ai Image Generator App allows users to generate AI-based images based on prompts.

  • The App requires an active internet connection

  • Service availability may vary depending on connectivity and third-party providers

  • We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice

Application Stores and Third-Party Ads

The App may be downloaded through third-party platforms such as Google Play.

You agree to comply with their respective terms and policies.

The App may include:

  • Third-party services

  • External links

  • Advertisements (“Third-Party Ads”)

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services or ads.

Subscription

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

  • Payments are processed through platforms such as Google Pay

  • No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods

  • Free trials (if offered) will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before expiration

In-App Purchases (IAP)

Premium Subscription Benefits:

  • Unlimited AI image generation (subject to usage limits)

  • Access to advanced features

  • Ad-free experience

For Non-Subscribers:

  • Limited access to features

  • Ads may be displayed

Subscription Plans (Example):

Payment and Renewal Policy

  • Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle

  • Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours before the current period ends

  • You can manage subscriptions via your Google account settings

  • Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription

How to Cancel Subscription

  1. Open Google Play Store

  2. Ensure you are logged into the correct account

  3. Tap Menu → Subscriptions

  4. Select your subscription

  5. Tap “Cancel Subscription”

  6. Follow on-screen instructions

Content

You may input prompts or upload content (“User Content”) within the App.

You agree that:

  • Your content complies with applicable laws

  • You do not submit harmful, illegal, or infringing material

We reserve the right to remove content that violates policies.

Intellectual Property

All rights related to the App, including design, features, and branding, are owned by iGrow Apps.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

You may not:

  • Modify or reverse-engineer the App

  • Distribute or resell the App

  • Create derivative works

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal activities

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the App

  • Misuse AI-generated content

  • Violate intellectual property rights

Disclaimer

The App and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free performance

  • Accuracy of generated AI content

Use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGrow Apps is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of data or revenue

  • Issues caused by third-party services

Updates and Changes

We may update or modify the App at any time without notice.

We are not responsible for any issues resulting from such changes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold iGrow Apps harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the App

  • Your violation of this EULA

  • Your submitted content

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate this EULA.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Miscellaneous

  • This EULA represents the entire agreement between you and iGrow Apps

  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect

  • We may assign our rights under this agreement
